Recommendation
In search of help for our mother, we came across Sencurina on the Internet. We found it very positive that there is also a local contact person in Hildesheim. After a phone call, we met on the same day. Together we filled out an admission form and discussed many things to enable care at home (modification, aids, etc.). The care is to start in January and we are already looking forward to the caregiver and the relief.

We came across Sencurina in Hildesheim via the Internet. After our call, the next day the consultant was on site at my parents and has advised us in detail and has addressed all our questions (just under 3 hours of conversation). The same week we received suitable suggestions and are now looking forward to the arrival of the caregiver.

My father was in a home for short-term care in July, but he really wanted to go home again. So we contacted Sencurina Hildesheim to find a caregiver for dad at home.
The contact person there, Mr. Trantow, really advised us in detail and very kindly, we felt we were in very good hands with him. After a relatively short time, we received a proposal for a caregiver, whom we would have liked to hire, but our father decided to stay in a nursing home. So I can't say how good the care would have been, but the advice from Mr. Trantow was really great, he was always approachable, responded quickly to emails, was very committed - in short, he was a bit of a rock for us when the uncertainty about our father's situation was great.

At the beginning of 2020 we were looking for a caregiver for our father and came across Sencurina on recommendation. Our caregiver is Mr. Trantow, whom we would highly recommend.
In contrast to other agencies we were in contact with, where we had the impression of an impersonal and formalistic approach, Mr. Trantow also and especially in the more difficult beginning corona time showed very committed, reliable and immensely empathetic to the situation and us as relatives. He pointed out possibilities and named advantages and disadvantages in the procedure and handling. We feel very well and honestly advised at all times.
In the meantime, two caregivers were with us, both very cordial, patient and loving in dealing with our father.
An unconditional recommendation!
