Ms. Knaub handled the sale of our apartment with great professionalism and provided excellent support. Communication was excellent—always prompt and knowledgeable. We really felt the weight lifted off our shoulders, as she took care of many tasks that would otherwise have been time-consuming.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Schmitz for his professional support in selling our apartment. Thanks to his thorough research, he was able to quickly determine the appropriate price level. Despite the holiday season, he managed to attract a large number of interested parties in a very short time. As there were ultimately several purchase offers, we were able to sell the property at the best possible price in a transparent bidding process. Mr. Schmitz expertly guided us through all the subsequent steps up to the notary appointment and the handover of the property. From the outset, my contact Mr. Niesseler made a highly trustworthy impression on me, which was confirmed during the mediation process. He was easily reachable by phone and returned calls promptly. He provided support when questions arose on the seller's side. He also demonstrated a high degree of tact and sensitivity in the sometimes complicated coordination of the notary appointment with the seller. I definitely appreciated his professional expertise and his knowledge of human nature. I felt that I was receiving serious and professional advice, which is why I never doubted the correctness of my decision to purchase this apartment.
