We were particularly impressed by Mr. Hencky's extremely friendly and personable manner. He always looked after us reliably and competently from the initial contact to the handover of the apartment.

In a short time a negotiation result was reached in mutual agreement and the offered real estate could be acquired.

After two successful transactions with Ms. Tietze, it was clear to also carry out the third sale with Ms. Tietze. From the preparation of the exposé to the notary appointment, everything went smoothly. Ms. Tietze was competent at all times, answered all questions in detail, was available at all times, sometimes even on Sundays, and Ms. Tietze was always polite, nice, helpful and friendly. We have met an excellent realtor in Ms. Beate Baumann, who has found the optimal buyer for our property. Ms. Baumann is not only highly professional in terms of her work as a realtor, but has also accompanied us humanly very nice and supportive at all times (eg in questions such as how can I say goodbye to my property ... etc.) We can recommend her in every respect and find it a great pity that we had only this one property for sale! We had a super visit! Mrs. Beate Baumann took time for every request and was able to answer all questions friendly and directly. Even when there were questions regarding the hot water connection, Ms. Baumann asked the owner directly and obtained all the information for us. We felt honestly and competently advised at all times.
