Recommendation
Commissioned by Energy 360, execution very good. Fitters provide top performance, but communication with the office is at best adequate (from Energy 360). The boss of Suny solar can be contacted without any problems.

Despite everything, knowledge of English is recommended, as there is at most one employee on site who speaks English. Some German is understandable, but not much verbal communication is possible.

When the customer is on site, everything runs smoothly with commitment from all sides. Thank you for the successful cooperation!

Installation In 65510 Hünstetten :
Our 21.5 kwp system was installed in January 2023 under the most difficult conditions. Suny.solar solved all problems that arose promptly and conclusively. The work was made incredibly difficult by very bad weather conditions and yet was completed on time thanks to the efforts of many people. This also applies to the necessary subsequent improvements.
The employees of Suny.Solar (Baustark) and in particular the skilled workers did an incredible job in the snow and ice. The repairs were also carried out in better weather conditions without any complaints. One thing should not go unmentioned. Most of the skilled workers speak Turkish. This was put into perspective by the Google translator after a short period of familiarization. The project manager speaks German and was able to help at any time. So this was not a problem either. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the company and its employees once again!

No German-speaking technicians, clarification therefore only possible by telephone, no reliable responses, no proactive attitude towards customers. Incorrect installation of the smart meter ultimately had to be corrected by another electrician.

Dear anonymous customer, you ordered a KLARSOLAR system and received it in working order. Neither was the consultation part of our services, nor was proactive communication really necessary for your installation project. The deadline was met and the error that was made by another electrician as you say was the replacement of a non-functioning hardware also by one of our technicians. You could have communicated with us, but unfortunately you did not take this opportunity. It is a pity that you now rate our work so negatively afterwards.

Sehr geehrte Kundin, Sie haben eine Anlage der KLARSOLAR bestellt und diese auch funktionstüchtig geliefert bekommen. Weder war die Beratung Teil unserer Leistungen, noch war bei Ihrem Installations-Projekt eine proaktive Kommunikation wirklich erforderlich. Der Termin wurde eingehalten und der Fehler der durch einen anderen Elektriker wie Sie sagen war der Austausch einer nicht funktionierenden Hardware auch durch einen unserer Techniker. Sie hätten mit uns kommunizieren können, haben diese Möglichkeit aber leider nicht genutzt. Schade das Sie nun im Nachgang unsere Arbeit so negativ bewerten.

Baustark had a great installation team that worked well organized, quickly and competently. To improve the communication on site, which was only possible with telephone assistance from the head office
or a translation app, it would be desirable to have at least one German or English-speaking employee on site. But everything went well and we can recommend the company with a clear conscience.

Our employees and also our customers are actually encouraged to keep communication on site to a minimum so that there are no ambiguities or misunderstandings. A translation tool is not part of our concept :) This is mostly due to the friendliness of our employees, but we will again urge them to adhere to our standards - communication takes place via the project managers and the customer, also in a direct three-way conversation on the phone or video call. There is nothing that we have not yet been able to clarify or resolve technically. May I ask you whether this language deficiency is worth only half a point or one point? Hallo Herr Kunde, die Mangelnde Ausführung in Ihrem Projekt betraf ein an der Außenfassade ungerade und falsch montiertes Leerrohr. Wir haben auf Ihre Wochen nach Abnahme erfolgten Mängelanzeige unverzüglich reagiert und nicht nur die Montage das Leerrohres korrigiert, sondern aus Kulanz Ihrem Wunsch folgend eine höherwertigere Ausführung mit Kabelkanälen spendiert.
Es ist schade das Sie die sonst fehlerfrei installierte und erfolgreich betriebene Anlage nicht honorieren wollen.
Eventuell entscheiden Sie sich ja doch noch die eine oder andere Leistung, zumindest unsere Bereitschaft Ihren Mangel auch nach Fertigstellung zu beheben, positiv.
Wir wünschen Ihnen trotzdem weiterhin viel Erfolg mit Ihrer PV Anlage.

I truly recommend this company! They were installing 10kW photovoltaic on my roof. They worked from 9AM till 6PM. Very clean work, very well organized. The remotely based coordinator was in the contact with me and the technicians, so everything was clear. No “in Betrieb annahme” though, but this is how it was organized.

The components should have been labeled as to what they are for. The Go-e charging station is still not working or the app is not working and the contact via WLAN is not working either (3 acquaintances, one of them with his own Go-e station) had tried in vain.
