We were particularly satisfied with the friendly and competent Tefra staff at the Frankfurt airport, who were extremely helpful and on time both on departure and on return. A really highly recommendable service, reliable and attentive.
Very good overall package. Luggage was picked up and brought back reliably and on time according to the promises. The procedure was completely uncomplicated. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Payment - first service then invoice or debit was without complications and kept simple.

We were satisfied all around. From the order (by phone), punctual pickup of luggage at home and punctual delivery to the vacation destination.
Even the cancellation of the return transport for reasons that were not to be sought at Tefra, took place without any problems. Many thanks, gladly again.
Can delivery unfortunately not judge,since the trip and thus the luggage transportx had to be canceled.Was perfect on previous occasions.Since payment is made only after performance,one has no problems with Rückfirderungen etc. in case of cancellation.
