At the beginning of 2022, I came across Tina on the internet and have been a silent reader on Facebook ever since - lipedema the declaration of war. After my first rehab in a lymph clinic in the summer of 2022, I applied in September for an interview with Tina. I was afraid in the stressful everyday life to lose the good successes of the rehab again. Then everything went very quickly and the cooperation with Tina began at the end of September. At the beginning I was able to lose weight, but was set back in my successes by illnesses (Corona, then Lyme disease ...). In the end, I was not able to lose weight in the 6 months, but I was able to maintain the successes of the rehab, which is also a success for me. I learned here to take better care of myself. My sleep has improved and the breathing exercises have become very important to me. I was able to optimize my Bellicon by changing the rope rings. As a result, I don't sink in as deeply when exercising and it's really fun now. The Bellicon has thus become my daily training tool. Lately I have been able to increase my steps to 10,000-15,000 daily. Unfortunately, my family problems, which strongly influence the implementation of the program, cannot be remedied, but I have learned to deal with them better. The sport units were inconveniently timed for me, but were still available later due to the recording. The lectures by Christian were also particularly interesting for me.
Many thanks to Tina and her whole team for the valuable work. With you, one feels understood and accepted, which unfortunately is often not taken for granted today. Keep up the good work. I hope you can help many more women diagnosed with lipedema and make them strong enough to learn to live well with the disease.
No one has to despair of lipedema, accept the help, do not hide, but fight!
