First, the spring on the front bag mount was either not tightened properly by me or our somewhat bumpy space conditions had gone missing. One phone call and 2 days later the spring, washer and screw were here and fitted in 2 minutes. Now the battery has fallen down and the side mountings are partially broken. And again, now in the 2nd year, a quick call and the solution was found in just a few sentences. A new battery tray is on its way to us and everything will be fine again. Our two HC9s from 2022 are moved over our two 18-hole courses in Idstein a good 4-5 times a week, always up and down, even as long as the courses are open in the slightly worse season. We, my wife and I, have never regretted our decision to buy the HC9. The integrated motor brake in particular is just perfect, especially on slopes. Also the integrated switch to SlowMotion downhill. We're looking forward to our rounds with our friends, who are also in the process of choosing Tour Made, as their batteries won't last 18+9 uphill and downhill - and who wants to push it once you're used to standing at the next tee without puffing?
