I was skeptical about how much could be done for my old hallway carpet. It’s a high-traffic area and had several dark spots from shoes and general wear. The technician was in and out in no time, and the results were impressive. The spots are gone, and the carpet has a much fresher look.

The kids' room had more stains than I could count, from juice spills to crayon marks. The technician took time to pre-treat each stain with different cleaning agents, depending on the type of stain. They then used a carpet rake to loosen the fibers before performing a deep steam cleaning. The carpet looks spotless and bright now, and all the crayon marks are completely gone. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Never thought I’d get excited about clean stairs, but here we are! My stair carpet was looking tired and worn out from all the foot traffic. But now? It’s like stepping on clouds. The crew did an amazing job, getting into every little nook and cranny. I’m already thinking about having them back for the other rooms!
