When I really needed help after several decades of membership following an accident, I was so rudely fobbed off on the phone with -- O.Ton-- "your personal bad luck". As a mockery, after only 5 weeks I received a nice letter that the bkk now wants to support me. She did nothing.
I define service differently and will change my health insurance company.
Suggestion: Replace the hotline with AI, if it is rejected in principle anyway.
Then the Bkk saves costs and the insured person saves nerves. A win-win situation, so to speak.

I'm thinking about changing my health insurance company - I've been very annoyed.
The health insurance company can't see in my records that I've been to a check-up, for example.
I'm supposed to do everything online - but vivida wants a stamp from the doctor on a form....ha, ha, ha....so the bonus program can save me....I feel cheated....
PS: my GP, for example, charges me €10 for the stamp....

As an employer, I can only report negative experiences... Shirkers and those unwilling to work are rewarded! Application for MDK is rejected by the insurance company after the employee is called back by the insurance company.

I've been with Vivida Bkk, formerly Schwenninger Bkk, for 28 years and brought my wife to Vivida Bkk.
Pregnancy course only partially paid for.
Osteopathy on the advice of the midwife was not paid for.
The budget of 500 € which is supposedly available for mother and child was also not taken into account.

We are looking around for other health insurance companies and would definitely not recommend Vivida BKK to anyone.

Hotline long waiting times, employees of the health insurance companies cannot provide information on the nursing care insurance fund. They have to be connected to the specialist department. The department is understaffed and does not keep its promise to call back within one day. A direct call to the appropriate extension number at the care insurance company leads back to the hotline of the health insurance company. After 24 hours, the result of the request for the required information is negative, equal to ZERO, corresponding to a lack of service quality.

Hello everyone, I am 34 years old and since then I was also insured with the Aok.
Over the years I have hardly needed their services. I was young and fit. When I started to suffer from lipedema, the first problem arose. They refused to pay for my compression stockings. Then when I got pregnant, they refused to pay all my benefits.
Eventually I switched to vividaBkk. I am relatively new to the health insurance company, but I have already had a very positive experience, especially with Ms. Simone Simon (my personal contact) who is always there for me when I need her. Very motivated, helpful, committed and mega friendly.
I photographed my bills via app, sent them and not even a week later I had the money in my account. I don't know that at all. Thank you again that it can also be uncomplicated.

Since bkk Ahlmann insured I was very satisfied when vivida bkk bought that it has only gotten worse delayed sick pay ,bad service form takes days long to get that home and and for many reasons I cancelled vivida bkk today. Vivida bkk according to my experience is the worst health insurance Germany.

I cannot agree with the positive evaluations. If you are issued a transport certificate by the hospital after an inpatient stay due to chemotherapy and radiation, you should first submit it for approval. Although cancer patients are entitled to transport, Vivida BKK first wants to issue an authorization. This will probably take a few days. If I get the transport voucher in the morning at the hospital to come home the same day,I would only have the option to ask the hospital if I can stay until the authorization is granted. The lady on the phone told me that it was a legal requirement. So according to the motto, that's your problem. I have experienced with other patients how unproblematic this is with other health insurance companies. I feel left in the lurch.

After the Schwenninger health insurance company merged some time ago and I am now newly insured through vivida bkk, I have to say that in the meantime the service seems to be working again. In the first time I had big problems to reach the insurance company or to get answers in a timely manner. This is no longer the case. The cash register seems to have learned and got a grip on its problems. We are a family with 3 children and can only report positively. If you have any concerns, you can reach friendly and kind employees or receive a call in a timely manner. Even though not everything is always paid for (can be?) we are very satisfied. After all, we don't expect that everything can always be paid for - but it doesn't cost anything to ask ;-) Overall, we are again very satisfied with the fund and would recommend it without hesitation.

I had to deal with three female employees. Two treated me extremely condescendingly and arrogantly.

In my case, I urgently asked for a prescription for ambulance transport, or cab rides in the case of inpatient surgery and postoperative follow-up after 24 in the office.

The answer via e-mail was incomprehensible to me, so I asked again, because they always referred to a form that I did not have. In addition, with no syllable to what I had written. (form letter)
I got a second mail, one would send now again to the topic attachments. The transport was to be granted conditionally
Unfortunately, I could not recognize on the basis of the attachment again, which form I can get where and how the procedure must be.

Only on the phone a very nice employee has clarified the facts for me. I was then able to take care of form IV with my doctor, to ensure a return transport from the clinic.

I then sent this form via e-mail to the health insurance company. With the note that I must appear within 24 hours for follow-up care in the practice of the operating doctor and would also need a round trip here

(After a general anesthesia, I would not even be fit to drive or do business within this time).

I found the letter in the mailbox on Friday evening that the return transport is approved by the clinic.

Today, Monday, I called the health insurance company first thing in the morning and asked what the situation would be with the transport for the postoperative follow-up. At the same time, I told the lady that I could cancel the return transport from the clinic, or that I did not need to pay for it, because the anesthesiologist would not release me from the clinic without a personal pickup anyway.

The lady on the phone was very unfriendly to me from the beginning and talked very fast and annoyed. Again, about forms that I simply was not familiar with. I could not understand, do I have to ask the health insurance or my doctor.

Visibly annoyed I was then told yes, at her doctor. When I then mentioned that I can no longer do this in terms of time, she said to me "well then".

I then said in despair that I could not understand this and that it was a problem for me.

Thereupon the lady steered again and explained in the fast passage again something of forms, with which one could mark "subject to approval and not subject to approval", as just at the first time.
Unfortunately, I did not understand how to get this form, what the procedure would be, so had to ask again, whereupon she was always annoyed.
I then told her quite clearly that she must please repeat this again, because I would not have understood her.
A big groan on the other side.... Condescension.... on it I asked if that was a problem now?
I did not understand!!!
Thereupon the lady said "do you want to have this clarified here now or not".

Wow!!!

It was exactly in the tenor, otherwise I hang up now namely....

Unfortunately, I still haven't quite figured out how to guarantee payment for the first cab ride now.
According to my understanding, the doctor can issue it to me. Unfortunately, I can no longer manage this in terms of time.

I also took the liberty of mentioning that on the back of the form sent to me there was a possibility of filling it out for the rides, whereupon I was told that this did not apply to me.

I can understand, if one has to do each day with this topic, are the designation of the different forms again and again clocked expiration. For someone who has never had to deal with it, it is actually not apparent where I now get which form.
It's nice that they wrote in the letter that they would be happy to help me (in bold), but on the phone the lady showed no interest in helping me in any way.

I also explained to her that an operated foot in a crowded subway is always a big problem, regardless of the fact that I am not even allowed to ride alone in the subway within 24 hours after the operation...

Anyway, the lady, finally and at last, did not even feel it necessary to help me quickly or even to wish me all the best for the operation.
It remained faithful their unfriendly kind. I am horrified. I will probably now have to pay the cost of the cab myself, although I had been granted a return trip so or so...

I am appalled by the arrogant and condescending manner. First I was informed via e-mail not understandable, and the second phone call simply waved off.

arrogantly rejected as soon as an illness
occurs. Everything that is more than standard is immediately
rejected, no communication with affected persons. Every euro that is paid in here
Is disappeared in the pockets of profiteers.
Finger away, that borders on fraud.
