I have been working on the topic of children with challenging behavior for over 25 years. After 12 years of working in my own therapeutic practice, I decided to go more into consulting, training and speaking to share my knowledge on these children... with many other adults.
As an expert in the development of emotional and social skills in children, I use coaching, consulting and supervision to help educational professionals gain new knowledge to help guide these children into new developmental steps.
As a speaker I would like to point out the new perspective and understanding for these children. My core competence is to read children with challenging behavior, translate the behavior for adults and thus enable them to live a better life.
Currently, I offer an online training to become an EmotionsExpert in my institute - the Schoeneck Ries Akademie - which incorporates all my knowledge from, among other things, the method combination of psychomotor therapy according to Aucouturier and Marte Meo video coaching that I developed myself.

It's amazing what pedagogy can achieve when you know the right techniques and develop the right instinct. The training with Annette Schoeneck opened up a whole new world for me.
