A perfect alternative, to the so far known attempts, for itself to win specialized personnel. More than 40 applications in 3 months prove this statement. Very competent and friendly advice from Mr. Bendl. His age and the original craft training influence his ideas noticeably, but also demands the willingness "to go new ways" and to move away from old ways of thinking. In any case again - if there is a need! Optimized way we will recruit then not lateral entrants, but immediately learned technical personnel.
Our recruiting action was scheduled for 2 months. The first month passed without any response.
After that, a total of 5 applications were received via "Bewerber-magnet.de". We invited 2 of them to a personal interview. Our decision should fall between these two, when we got still another initiative application purely. The applicant found us via the internet/our website. After another personal interview, we finally hired this last one as a journeyman.
The employee search would have been successful in any case, if someone from outside the social media campaign had not applied. Our decision had already been made, but it had not yet been communicated with the carpenter in question.
Previous employee searches via traditional newspaper advertisements often failed to produce any results. Without doubt such a campaign has probably also the side effect of the "Company advertisement".
Such an approach has a proud price, owed to the ancillary fees of Facebook, but success just has its price and does not come to one, if one remains under the radar for the public. Recurring electronic advertisements inevitably make an impression. A newspaper ends up in the trash after being read once.
From my point of view, the conversation was goal-oriented and conveyed all the necessary information to be able to initiate a final decision-making process with the customer. The medium of video conferencing was also positive, as it allowed examples to be explained directly on the screen. The only point of criticism was that Mr. Bendl wanted to make a decision for or against the order at the end, which in my view gave the company less of a chance to go through its own decision-making process.
We are very satisfied with the services and the support. From the first contact, to the individual realization, to the ongoing support with feedback during the services, the interaction is always very open, honest and professional. And what is of course also important: It works within weeks and we have not only received applications but have also already been able to recruit new great employees for our offices.
