I was very satisfied with the advice. Since I see real estate as a future provision and want to buy more real estate in the future, I will definitely contact CheckFin more often. It was very uncomplicated and I simply don't have the time to do it all myself. It pays off to have people who do this full-time instead of having to read everything yourself.

With the current situation, I was unfortunately forced to switch to a fixed interest rate.... Thanks to you I have at least the feeling to have had someone who looks at my benefit (unlike the various bank advisors before...). Without you, I probably couldn't afford the monthly payment now!
