As an internal project manager and the associated intensive collaboration with Ulrike Aichhorn, I can say that Ulrike does not "just" handle her projects but really "lives" them. The communication was excellent and Ulrike always looks beyond the end of her nose in the interest of the company and always has the big picture in mind. I can only recommend "die Aichhorn", because the cooperation from the very beginning is very professional. Nothing is left to chance and during a training session the trainer evaluates and adapts the content depending on the situation so that the group can get the most out of the training. The documentation is available immediately after the training. Once the training is completed, Ulirike Aichhorn is very interested in how the training has affected the group.

Ulrike Aichhorn succeeded with her experience lecture "The self-aware woman! I'll get the stars from the sky myself!", Ulrike Aichhorn was able to take the 280 women present along with her in no time at all, and showed them precisely, pointedly and with the necessary twinkle in her eye what potential lies dormant in women. Ulrike Aichhorn encouraged the participants to recognize opportunities, to go around the classic female stumbling blocks and to go their own way with courage and enthusiasm. In an entertaining way, she succeeded in questioning existing role clichés and reflecting on her own concept of success. An exciting and inspiring evening - the participants were thrilled!
