Very nice woman, good advice. But they said you should check every 2 years whether the insurance is still suitable for you.... haven't heard anything since 2021. Maybe I wouldn't have changed...

I have been a customer of Mrs. Pieper for several years (approx. 15 years) and I am really very satisfied. Whether I had a claim or questions, Mrs. Pieper was and is there for me. Very professional!
She checks the contracts in the background to see if there is anything to improve (without me having to worry or ask) and contacts me when she has good news for me. Of course I'm very happy when I can save money. I feel that I am in very good hands with her :-)! Thank you very much Mrs. Pieper!

I can only describe my experience with Ms. Silke Pieper as excellent. The consultation was extremely competent and individually tailored to my concerns. She dealt intensively with my specific problems and quickly offered me suitable solutions.
Particularly noteworthy are the quick answers to my questions, which gave me the feeling that I was in good hands at all times. In addition, the insurance policies offered were well adapted to my life situation, which saved me a lot of time and stress when searching.
I can highly recommend Ms. Pieper to anyone looking for dedicated and trustworthy insurance advice.
