I highly recommend Mr. Toprak! His advice on supplementary dental insurance was extremely professional and he also created a pleasant atmosphere. I usually find taking out insurance quite complicated, but thanks to Mr. Toprak, everything was explained to me clearly and comprehensibly. We, my partner and I, would like to thank Mr. Toprak for two very pleasant consultations. He explained everything to us and always asked if we had any questions and/or comments. He also showed us many other options offered by impuls AG and he can be contacted in various ways for all questions. Simply TOP!!! But he did not try in any way to talk us into another, perhaps useless, insurance policy, which we found very welcome and pleasant. It was all about the actual request and the current need. I am rarely enthusiastic about consultations, because usually a lot of incomprehensible things are said, but no real helpful info is given back. Not so with Mr. Toprak, who, apart from being incredibly nice, funny and courteous, gave me very competent advice, clarified and informed me, responded to my wishes and questions immediately and without seeming rushed, and gave me the feeling of being in really good hands.
