We felt very well looked after by Tom Gooß, as he handled the sale of our property professionally and very humanly. He always and very sympathetically supported us in the coordination with the various parties involved or took over the coordination and was flexible in terms of time to our wishes. The valuation of our property as well as the process and the next steps were transparent for us.

Poor
No specific data was taken into account when evaluating the price of the property. The real estate price was given only from the gut feeling after a visit with the highest 400000€.
indicated. Another company had already determined this price 7 years ago. The price increase in this time makes the price rise to over 500000€, which seems realistic.

During the sale of our house in Buxtehude, Mr. Tom Gooß supported us very well, partly in cooperation with Ms. Sandy Dallmann from the company Von Poll Immobilien. Everything went to our full satisfaction: appraisal of the property, exposé, presentation of interested parties and finally accompaniment to the purchase contract and handover of the property. Both are very competent, always obliging and Mr. Gooß was always available - simply serious and professional. Mr. Gooß was responsive to our wishes, provided us with advice and finally we found what we thought was the optimal buyer, so that everyone is satisfied with the sale or purchase transaction. We can highly recommend the company Von Poll Immobilien, especially Mr. Gooß and Mrs. Dallmann.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Gooß. He took a lot of time so that we could visit the object extensively. He was easily accessible during the entire process. The support gave us the feeling that he is also exactly our broker, although he was hired by the seller. My girlfriend also felt very valued, although she was only involved in the purchase as a third party.
