You also didn't offer the appointment for the collection, which I would have expected as a service.
I took care of it myself and the documents didn't come without requesting them.
The on-site support during placement and removal was ok.
I expected more service for this expensive service, there are much cheaper doctors who provide a great care service
You should take this as an example and rethink and fundamentally revise your service.
