Mr. Brembach is a financing consultant for construction projects with heart and soul.
He can evaluate investment properties / find out the right financing method for the respective personal and financial situation, he is familiar with value-enhancing measures and knows the criteria according to which banks grant financing and he can obtain the best possible conditions for you. Mr. Brembach puts himself in his customers' shoes and would not offer financing that he would not take out himself.

I can highly recommend him and would also take out financing with him again.

You felt like you were in good hands there from the very first moment! The advice was not only top-notch from a professional point of view, but also super pleasant on a personal level. I can recommend the services of Mr. Brembach and his great team without reservation. They were much more than just loan brokers for us - they acted as lawyers, financial advisors and real estate experts at the same time.

The team supported us at every stage, overcoming all challenges and helping us to secure a loan on the best terms. They were with us every step of the way, starting with choosing the right property that both met our requirements and was affordable from the bank's point of view. They then found the best loan for us and made sure that all the necessary documents were in place to obtain the loan smoothly.
