I was disappointed twice... I was contacted about changing my private health insurance plan. The first advisor asked me what was important to me in a plan change, but he didn't seem to take my statement that my current premium was too high into account: his offer included a plan that was €300 more per month than my existing one. The second advisor was much better, but unfortunately omitted important details shortly before closing the deal. The end result: a lot of wasted time and, unfortunately, still no good alternative to my current rate. Unfortunately, this gives the impression that the only goal here is to achieve sales targets.

Ich bin Beratern an sich gegenüber skeptisch. Herr L. hat mir dabei Zahlen vorgelegt, die sich weitgehend nach vielen Jahren bestätigt haben. Auch konnte er mir viele Zusammenhänge ausführlich erklären - auf eine angenehme Art. Man fühlt sich bei ihm gut aufgehoben, es sei denn man hat außerhalb des Vertragsgespräches eine Frage, denn 2/2 von mir getätigte Fragen, als es Unsicherheiten gab, blieben unbeantwortet.
