Since 2001, I have been working on various ways to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. In early 2024 "the podcast "I can lose weight" "came to me." I found much of what I already knew from the "WWDI" program. The more episodes I listened to, the more I knew that the SI Nutrition Institute could help me with my project. So it was time to get in touch. The very first phone call was pure well-being and solution-oriented. Even though I'm from DD and can't necessarily walk or drive to K-Deutz every day or week, we found a good solution. During the first 7 weeks I was in K-Deutz 3 times, 2 times we had a ZOOM video call and once a normal phone call. I felt and still feel well accepted, looked after and understood. The staff are very, very nice, so that feeling at ease is pre-programmed. It is also particularly important to me that the program includes 12 months of support. Anyone who has ever lost weight knows a thing or two about it when all the patrons appear on the scene and tell you from the outset that it won't work anyway and that the yo-yo effect will soon catch up with you. Be that as it may, if you have a serious goal, you will find people who will support you. I just say, give it a try. Perhaps this is also important: I don't feel that I have to do without anything. I just eat differently 5 times a day. I'm happy about every meal because I've eaten everything before and I enjoy the sight of the prepared food because, as we all know, the eye eats too. Let's go! I started at around 77 kg and was around 70 kg on 25.04.2024. I'm still 2-4 kg away from my ideal weight and I can still manage that. A very competent and experienced team. Friendliness and customer service are very important! You feel very comfortable there and develop a certain ambition. I booked a nutrition coaching session with Isabell Sieverz because I was often lying awake at night because I was hungry and couldn't get back to sleep. In a very short time, she helped me find out the causes and showed me specific solutions. Since I implemented these, I have been sleeping much better again and feel more comfortable with myself and my diet. I started changing my diet in July 2023. My weight at that time was 113 kg and my goal was to be under 100 kg by the end of the year. I fell far below this mark so that I reached my current weight of 92.5 kg in January/February 2024 and have maintained it to this day. I would like to thank all the staff for their great help.

A great team that responds to my individual wishes and needs, builds up very practicable nutrition routines with me and is always available for questions. As a result, I was able to lose a few excess kilos quite quickly and in a healthy and sustainable way. The program is absolutely recommendable!

One of my better decisions. Within a year I lost 25 kilos and received all the help I needed from the institute to change my diet so that they wouldn't come back. I feel " like I've been reborn"
I started with 2 months of "Metabolic Slim" as a " booster" and then started the "Finally Vital" program. The institute monitored and supported my progress, even on a close-meshed basis if necessary. The only tiny remark: Some presentations would be helpful at the beginning of the program (actually all of them) in order to incorporate what is communicated there directly into practice.
