Mr. Löwe is very friendly and in many points also competent. He had to take us over from a colleague in addition to his own customers. Therefore, he became responsible for us only in the middle of the planning process and had to correct a glaring error of his predecessor in the floor plan planning (planned floor plan did not fit into the building corridor!). He did this quickly, for other queries we had to wait or contact the regional management because we did not receive an answer. Very annoying was that in the planning meeting the architect found out that the floor plan planned by Mr. Löwe does not fit on the property, because he had not taken into account the roof overhang of the covered terrace. So again a new planning was necessary. Due to his mistake and that of his predecessor, our building project, which had already taken a long time anyway, was further protracted by the additional rescheduling. Due to accruing commitment interest of the loans and extension of the fixed price guarantee of the house building company, our financial "damage" amounts to several thousand Euros.
Perhaps this would have been different if Mr. Löwe had looked after us right from the start. In the discussions, he gave us otherwise a lot of information and tips.
I would not recommend him to others, because I would never again build with a company that has an upstream sales partner take over the initial support. A lot of things have to be planned twice and often the sales partner (in this case Mr. Löwe) refers to the subsequent planning meeting with a real architect.
