I was personally very satisfied with the comfort of the office and the friendliness of the staff. Even though I'm not a German-Native speaker, they all made me feel welcomed and their English was excellent (which can be difficult to find with medical practices in Austria at times).

The process was also very quick and our feedback session was only two weeks after our initial testing.
