I am very satisfied with the supplier Herberholz GmbH. On the subject of invoices, it would be good in the future to have the packaging and delivery costs listed directly, as it comes in the SAP program subsequently to increased effort to add these. The customer service provided by Mrs. Wilhelm is outstanding at Herberholz. She is always available with friendly advice and support. Difficult tasks are handled by her quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I have rarely had such a capable customer service representative as a contact person.
