Ci siamo contattati con la signora Henderson perché eravamo in una situazione difficile già che non riuscivamo a trovare un subentrante per la nostra casa e avevamo tempo limite di due mesi, altrimenti dovevamo pagare doppio affito. We got an excellent service from Goodliving while looking for a 4.5 rooms flat in Zurich.
Jessica has been really helpful in helping us to create our account to make the virtual tour of the flat. There was a problem with our log-in and she could help us very quickly.
The fact of having this virtual tour before visiting the flat is really good and save us time. The tour was really well done, the programm is easy to use and it give us a clear idea of how the flat looks like. It might just be complicated to go through all these steps for a person with no IT skills.
The quality of the documentation for the application was excellent. We got a lot of details like pictures, flat plan, application form, etc. Jessica took time to show us the flat, to answer questions ... We already felt at home before getting the flat.

We would definetly contact Goodliving again in the future if needed and recommend this excellent real estate company.
