Customer service seems very disorganized. My order was not shipped for weeks. I understand that because of Brexit, the shipping situation can be chaotic. However, I had to keep asking to even get a response. If you don't get back to them, you are forgotten.

Only when I threatened to cancel the purchase, the order was finally shipped. Then the 2nd battery was also forgotten. Now I'm running again for days after an answer. Again and again promises are made, which are then not kept.

I would advise against buying from the store or if then only with PayPal with buyer protection. Very sad, because the light itself is really very good.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my magnifying glasses and made use of my right of return. The website states that you get your money refunded within 10 days. Unfortunately, I am already waiting for my money for 3 weeks.
