I have known Martin Gapp for many years, first as a colleague and now as a valuable team member in Research. Martin belongs to the now rare species of extremely hard-working, committed, but above all also thinking people. He works quickly, very cleanly and extremely systematically, with consistently excellent results.

Also of the highest value is his understanding of the profiles that need to be served for clients. Martin understands the requirements of the client as well as the positions, takes into account cultures and character of the people involved and goes far in his research into unconventional approaches, which are often very successful.

One of the most defining phrases for me was his answer to my question about his capacity: "...and if I already have too many projects during the week, then I still have the weekend available...".

I can recommend Martin without exception and explicitly for a collaboration.
