The care heroes are very well organized and easy to reach, are always helpful and very friendly. On the other hand, we were not satisfied with the caregivers we found, as they were only partially up to the task. There were always complaints about the clearly communicated tasks. The now self-evident economic and environmentally conscious behavior could be better.

Besonders wertvoll war die zeitnahe Vermittlung einer sehr freundlichen, kompetenten Pflegekraft. Mich hat sehr angenehm überrascht, dass bereits im ersten Gespräch sehr ausführlich die Bedürfnisse der Seniorin abgefragt wurden und eine umfassende Beschreibung des Allgemeinzustands erfragt wurde. Die Deutschkenntnisse und die Erfahrung der Pflegerin waren sehr wichtig und wertvoll.

Since the nursing home had canceled the long previously booked short-term care for my husband, I contacted Mr. Schaffer from Pflegehelden Mittelfranken.
I had a very nice and professional advice, also with many tips and was happy to have an alternative. I would have taken this also in claim, however, the nursing home in which my husband is for several years in the short-term care, has now agreed to me at short notice.
Thus, I can also only evaluate the great advice and thank you again warmly to Mr. Schaffer.
