Wir arbeiten seit rund 2 Jahren mit Optimus in unserem Betrieb und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Programm ist übersichtlich und nach einer kurzen Schulung leicht zu verstehen. Besonders viel arbeiten wir mit GAEB-Dateien und IDS. Und das funktioniert bis heute ohne Probleme. Wir können Optimus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Software lässt sich relativ einfach bedienen und hat viele Funktionen. An manchen Stellen vielleicht sogar zu viele Schalter. Wie schon in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt, es gibt leider seit Jahren keine App. Wird ständig angekündigt und wieder verschoben. Der Support konnte mir meistens sofort weiterhelfen.

Software ist für mich ausreichend, habe nur einen kleinen Betrieb. Programm ist nach einer Schulung gut zu bedienen. Und wenn mal was nicht funktioniert ist der Support meistens gut erreichbar. Leider gibt es noch keine App. Auf die App warte ich jetzt schon etwas länger.
