However, customer communication could be greatly improved. Unfortunately, I had to write several times behind all documents and telephone. I would expect more proactive communication from the specialist company to the customer and not the other way around.
Since September, I've had to phone and email my commissioning report 5 times, and unfortunately I still don't have it...
What was positive was that the manager personally apologized to me for what went wrong and that they are working on improving. I already had the feeling that my criticism was taken seriously. However, I won't know since the roof is now full, at least the south side 🙂 .
Nevertheless, the commissioning protocol is still missing.... 😔
Whether I'll ever get it, I don't know.

Therefore, the large deductions in implementation and customer service. Where I give the 3rd star only with a lot of goodwill. Tendency rather 2.5 stars, because I personally something massively annoyed. You invest a lot of money.
But I would recommend it in any case and I have already done.
