A big thank you to Mr. Friedler. We realized very early on during our first informational meeting that no private health insurance company would accept me due to my health history and that, as a result, no brokerage would take place for the time being. And yet Mr. Friedler took over an hour of his time to advise me in detail and provide me with helpful knowledge and tips. In addition to his expertise, he definitely won me over with his dedication and his empathetic and calm manner. You feel very comfortable, honestly and transparently advised, and above all without the feeling of a typical sales pitch from a broker. If I have another concern, I will definitely contact Mr. Friedler again.

I would highly, highly recommend Steffen and do regularly for all of my friends and colleagues. He has been incredibly helpful at every step of the process.

He helped me choose the right provider for my needs, he thoroughly explained the different options and what the trade-offs were and empowered me to make a decision by myself. He helped me figure out which documentation that I needed to provide my employer and followed up with the insurance company on my behalf when documents were missing.

When I struggle to understand anything with my policy or billing he is immediately available and helps guide me through the process. He takes away the anxiety of working in a different country with a different language. It feels like he is a true partner and I can go to him with anything and know it will be resolved ASAP. Over my 4 years in Germany, he has provided me the best service that I have experienced in this country.
