2013 wurde der jetzige VVHC als „Verband für Versorgungsqualität enterale Ernährung“ gegründet. Nach den ersten eigenen Vertragsabschlüssen mit gesetzlichen Krankenkassen im Bereich der enteralen Ernährung entschied sich der Verband dazu, die... Verhandlungskompetenz auch in anderen Therapiefeldern zu nutzen. Die Mitglieder des Verbandes beschlossen neben enteraler Ernährung zudem Verträge für die Therapiefelder Stoma und ableitende Inkontinenz zu verhandeln. Auch in diesem Bereich gab es mehrere Vertragsabschlüsse mit Krankenkassen. Viele Krankenkassen schätzten insbesondere, nunmehr mit einem Ansprechpartner zu verhandeln, der große Teile der Branche vertritt. Im November 2017 beschlossen die Mitglieder, dass der Verband eine hauptamtliche Struktur mit einem Geschäftsführer und weiterem Personal bekommen soll. Gleichzeitig wurden weitere Therapiefelder in die Arbeit des Verbandes aufgenommen. Seit April 2018 ist Norbert Bertram Geschäftsführer des VVHC.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the healthcare team. Only the explanations and instructions of the stoma therapist were good. The transition from the clinic to home did not work, I had to buy the incontinence aids for 12 days in the drugstore. The ostomy therapist had assured me that it would not be a problem to ship the aids to Spain. Also my offer to pay the price difference of the postage, was for the "Homecarepartner with heart and mind" not sufficient and was rejected. I was still made out to be a liar. Calls were not answered and emails only after days. This company is not to be recommended!
I find it very unfortunate that after all the explanations, for which you then ultimately also showed understanding, you now give us a bad rating here.
Ms. Operta had explained to you at an early stage that shipping goods abroad is unfortunately not possible. The reason for this is not the cost, but the tracking of shipments that can not be delivered.
After you then claimed that Sr. Silvana had meant that shipping abroad would be "no problem", I explained it to you again.
Your request to have the matter checked/clarified by our management was also complied with. I consider it reasonable that such a third answer then requires two working days.
Why you bought your material in the drugstore for 12 days, I can not understand. We shipped your supplies immediately after receiving your prescription. The fact that we require a prescription was communicated to you in the clinic and was noted in the enclosed letter of the extensive sample package that you received in advance.

I would particularly like to give Mrs. Weiß a more than positive rating. She is highly committed and has always and very competently stood by us. Her calm and friendly manner must be especially mentioned. A great stoma consultant!!!

I am particularly satisfied with the cooperation of your employee Mr. Pfenning. Super advice - super expertise - through his competent advice and the means he used, I even brought open spots on the stoma to a standstill.
The scheduling (change of port needle) works perfectly. Communication simply super.
Mr. Pfenning cares for me in three areas: Nutrition, stoma care, port needle change and in all areas I can give him the grade "very good".
Mittlerweile drei mal verordnete Hilfsmittel bestellt.
Die Bestellung war einfach, die Lieferung schnell und der Service freundlich und gut.
