Phone calls with advice and clarification with the doctor, really great experience

The friendliness and understanding that was shown to me. Everything was explained, all my questions were answered and the costs were discussed openly. This was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the video call didn't work, this should be improved.
But otherwise 5 out of 5 stars. I can only recommend it.

My consultation was free of charge and medically flawless. However, communication within the practice was rather difficult. I was asked by the doctor to take a seat in the waiting room, as a colleague was supposed to discuss possible financing options with me after the consultation. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked if I had been forgotten. I was then told that the colleague would discuss the financing options with me over the phone and I was able to leave. I'm still waiting for the phone call today and it's been almost 6 weeks since my appointment. I am therefore unable to assess some of the points mentioned here. Especially with regard to care after the treatment.

After my assessment, I received a call back immediately and was informed about all the options. The conversation was very pleasant and a lot of time was taken to answer my questions.

I have to give the Weight Doctors a huge compliment! Starting with my consultation on the phone with Mrs. Rösemann from Dortmund, my still uncertain feeling about making a decision was completely blown away! I never had the feeling or the impression that I was a person who couldn't get a grip on my life and weight! Thank you very much dear Mrs. Rösemann I experienced my second birthday on 26.06.2024 with thanks to you! It is also no problem at all to reach someone at any time if you have any questions, which I also think is great! Since you get a pretty precise course of treatment even during the previous medical telephone consultation, my joy of treatment with the Weight Doctors sleeve pose2 became greater and greater and my positively excited anticipation could hardly be contained! The first day of treatment in Munich was a super friendly welcome from the receptionist, a relaxed conversation with the assistant doctor about the anesthetic and then we were off! Unfortunately I didn't make it to the Bali beach with my Bacardi after I was wished a great dream - unfortunately I was too slow or the anesthesia was too fast! A big thank you to Prof. Dr. Miller, to whom I dedicate my second birthday on 26.06.2024, I'm doing great! Of course you are not immediately fit afterwards that would also be unnatural I also had stomach cramps for a day where my stomach complained "how can you do this to me" how can you just take my place" at least that's how it felt that my stomach was simply rebellious and defiant! Today on the 5th day after the treatment I feel great no cramps no pain you can really pay attention to your hunger and satiety and thanks to the nutrition guide everything really has its time to heal and adjust to the new situation!
I can really recommend the Weight Doctors!
I am glad that I have made this decision for my future life to banish the topic of weight from my life in whatever way!

Had a Spatz3 gastric balloon placed on 13-6-24. I was very pleasantly received at the location in Waalre. Clear explanation and they really take the time for you. Now the third day after the treatment and the side effects are decreasing rapidly. I was mainly suffering from stomach cramps and acid regurgitation. I look forward to the results I will get from this procedure over the next year! No regrets so far, the first 3kg are already off too.
