I did another individual coaching session with Ms. Kirstein because I have always appreciated her expertise. And here, too, her undisputed quality was evident! She calmly followed my conversations and precisely illustrated all my current weaknesses as well as my current strengths. She gave me specific recommendations for action that I can follow up on independently. The transfer - and you can tell - is almost more important to her than the mediation itself. What can I say: after just one week, my results have improved by a whole 20%! For me, this is an example of expertise in action.

Super online training on the topic of sales rhetoric. A smaller group of participants would have been great. But Ms. Kirstein also solved this wonderfully. Great tips for consultations. It was always fun. The training was very well structured. I use the objection handling techniques privately as well as professionally.

Laura Kirstein has been involved in organizing a seminar on rhetoric and effective communication for a group of 12 people with a migration background with the aim of strengthening their communication skills for their social and political commitment. Right from the start, Ms. Kirstein was very professional and well prepared. She designed the training sessions to be varied and interactive, so that the participants were actively involved. Her presentations were clearly structured and understandable, which made it easy to grasp and implement the content.
I was particularly impressed by Ms. Kirstein's ability to address individual needs. She quickly identified the strengths and weaknesses of the participants and developed customized exercises. I have participated in three trainings by Laura on the topic of sales rhetoric in client acquisition. It was good knowledge from practice, varied and also properly followed up with subsequent coaching. I can now give many potential clients confidence in conversations on how to proceed. Although the seminar group was always quite large for such a topic, Laura as a trainer still knew how to make the lessons practical. Gladly again and again!

Ms. Kirstein is a very committed and motivated trainer who, with her empathy and the necessary sensitivity, is able to address all participants in her training sessions and win them over for the training content. She manages to motivate even difficult groups with different levels of knowledge and to activate passive participants successfully. The learning success of each individual is in the foreground for her. In order to ensure this, she uses various creative techniques and, if necessary, is happy to apply individually targeted strategies.
The trainings with Mrs. Kirstein are optimally prepared, the learning goal(s) and the way to reach them are clearly structured and mapped out. By using different types of media (visualizations on flipcharts / digital presentations / audio playback etc...) and teaching methods, she manages to take into account the different learning types and thus ensure the best possible results for all participants. The education and training measures are therefore a benefit for all participants, regardless of whether they are organized internally, via a carrier or personally.
