Although the store was closed, I got an appointment the same day.
The consultation was extremely professional. Mr. Tauber very quickly grasped what we were looking for and how the wash station should look.
Now I'm looking forward to the delivery.

The quality of the washbasin slabs was not offered to us by the plumbing retailer (not even for an extra charge - they simply weren't available). The design options were also not available from any other supplier. Now all that remains is for the delivery to arrive undamaged. However, I am sure that a justified complaint, e.g. in case of transport damage, would not be a problem. Many thanks to the Bad Direkt team!
