I had my fourth operation in this clinic and for the first time Mrs. Simidjiiska was my attending physician. And to be honest, it couldn't have gone better. She is one of those rare doctors with whom you realize after just a few minutes that you are in absolutely good hands here. She takes her time, really listens and you never have the feeling that you have to leave quickly. Every question is answered calmly and explained in such a way that you fully understand what is happening and what comes next.
Yesterday was my follow-up six weeks after the operation and at the same time we discussed the next operation in four weeks' time. She also clarified all open questions in a very understandable way. Top professionalism, warm humanity - the perfect mix.
The staff at the clinic are also great. Everyone is incredibly attentive, warm and professional. Whether it's water, a coffee or just a little encouragement - you get exactly what you need at that moment. You really notice that everyone here puts their heart and soul into their job. As soon as you enter the clinic, you feel that you are in good hands.
I would particularly like to highlight the 3D scan: before and after. The result was impressive and it gives you a much better understanding of what has changed.
Everything was perfect for me. An absolute recommendation - both the clinic and Ms. Simidjiiska really deserve high praise.
