Ich war zur Beratung in der Alster-Klinik. Und ich fühlte mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben. Die Damen am Telefon, sowie vor Ort waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich hier Frau Schwarzkopf erwähnen. Sie ist super lieb und hilfsbereit und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Auch Herr Dr. Neis war sehr nett und fachlich sehr kompetent. Bei ihm fühlte ich mich verstanden und sehr gut aufgehoben.

Dr. Schubert überzeugt mit seiner fachlichen Kompetenz und Empathie. Nach ausführlicher Beratung habe ich mich für eine Bauchdeckenstraffung durch ihn entschieden. Der Verlauf war genau wie vorhergesagt. Bemerkenswert ist, dass Dr. Schubert bzw. dass Team auch nach der Operation jederzeit ereichbar sind. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich außerordentlich zufrieden.

Ich kann bisher nur eingeschränkt bewerten, da ich lediglich ein Informationsgespräch hatte.
Der Arzt war sehr freundlich und ruhig. Er hat meine Fragen fachlich kompetent beantwortet und mich ausführlich darüber informiert, welche Behandlung zu meiner körperlichen Konstitution passen könnte. Außerdem erklärte er mir die Prozedur sowie die möglichen Risiken.
Im Anschluss hatte ich ein Gespräch mit den zuständigen Mitarbeitenden zur finanziellen Seite. Dort wurde ich über die Kosten, eine zusätzliche Versicherung, Ratenzahlungsmöglichkeiten sowie die organisatorischen Abläufe rund um die Operation informiert.
Derzeit warte ich noch auf das schriftliche Angebot.

Ich war gestern zu einem Beratungsgespräch bezüglich Bauchdeckenstraffung, der Herr Doktor war äußerst nett, sehr professionell, außerdem menschlich und sympathisch. Er macht einen sehr erfahrenen und professionellen Eindruck. Und gibt einem bei dem Gespräch ein gutes Gefühl. Daher werde ich mich bei meiner zukünftigen Operation definitiv für diese Klinik entscheiden. Er hat es schnell, unkompliziert, dennoch ausführlich genug erklärt. Ich freue mich schon auf meine Operation und die Ergebnisse danach.

Ich habe noch nie eine Ärztin/Arzt getroffen, der/die mich so gut aufgeklärt hat, wie Frau Dr. Zamani. Sie ist sehr empathisch, ärztliche Ethik, ist für sie kein Fremdwort. Bei Frau Dr. Zamani, ist man in besten Händen.
