Everything went very well with the local charter company and the professional skipper: we were able to spend the trip exactly as planned.

The costs for the unfortunately unsuitable gennaker were refunded to us without further ado.

I was very satisfied with your personal commitment. However, you should personally look at the boats that you charter. So it can not happen that 2 WC and 2 showers are offered (that was the main reason for me to charter the boat), when only 1 WC and 1 shower are available.

Since it was the first charter booking, I can not judge some issues. In addition, I was there never in an office etc but everything was done by email or phone. Friendly and reliable service. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the mediated skipper, but CI Charter can not really do anything for that.

The 14-day trip was simply perfect: shuttle service on time, boat transfer and return uncomplicated, the service staff friendly and even the old boat BJ 2005 in very good condition. From CI Charter this was organized in advance all the best, gladly again.

I had many questions about the various offers and the staff of CI Charter always tried to answer everything as best as possible and in a timely manner and, if necessary, also asked directly to the boat owners or charter companies. In the end, they found a perfect boat for me, both financially and in terms of quality. In addition, they also responded to special requests (e.g. automatic vests for children, changes in the charter contract) and ensured that these were also met on site. I am completely satisfied and will certainly book through CI Charter again next season.

On site despite early booking, the technician came very late for the handover. Then things still had to be repaired.
The boat was already in the harbor the night before and could have been ready.
Batteries for the onboard supply were completely sucked out. This was only realized after two days at sea and then replacement batteries were delivered to a port that we actually did not want to call => involuntary stop. But at least after that it was o.k.
The outboard of the dinghy although paid extra died on the first trip and could not be brought back to life.
We did not get the money for the AB refunded.
Boat (so the concept of the Sun Loft) is unique top for a crew of 10 to 11 people in warm waters.
The many pulleys went very cumbersome.
