The recommendations are excellent and always hit the mark. The prices are great. Discounts are passed on to the customer. When problems arise, for example a flight is cancelled, they help you even after hours and on weekends. We are and remain loyal customers. Here you can really feel like a king as a customer!

We are very satisfied with the travel agency. Ms. Koch and Mr. Koch do a great job and you always feel well taken care of in all matters. We can recommend the travel agency 100%. Mr. Arzif is also highly recommended.

The trip was very nice, the ship, the arosa alva is recommended. Staff very nice and friendly, the food to compare with star cuisine. The 3 days before in Porto were planned and accompanied by Artur and Angelika Koch. We saw and did a lot. A successful event. Gladly again with Artur and Angelika Koch.

My husband and I have repeatedly traveled with Culant Travel. We have taken ocean cruises and river cruises. On all trips we were always very satisfied and felt comfortable. Mr. and Mrs. Koch have planned and carried out everything super.

We too would like to rate Culant travel now. This travel center is by far the best travel agency we know and we have been traveling for 45 years. Very family run and always an open ear for their customers. The staff is also really top notch. Every trip and cruise we have booked here has been really great. In bad times such as insolvency Thomas Cook, we were never alone and always had a competent contact person at the side. If we were allowed to give 6 stars, we would do it with all our heart. We have booked more than 10 cruises with Mrs. Koch over the years. We appreciate the personal and individual advice. Unfortunately, our last cruise could not take place because of Corona. We wish Mrs. Koch and your team all the best, stay healthy so that we can book again soon.
