Too bland for Dresdner Christstollen (1.5 kg). No butter flavor and no rum raisin flavor, dry and firm. The sugar coating very sparse. For the price disappointing!

We became aware of the bakery by chance via the Internet and have ordered several varieties of Stollen and Striezel. We are equally enthusiastic about all varieties, so that next year we will not even try to get real Dresden almond stollen and Striezel with us in Berlin, but will order immediately from this great bakery. Very fast delivery , great taste and each of the stollen was 50 grams heavier than the ordered 1000 grams. This notice only because in a review said that the goods did not have the agreed weight and this would be fraud, what nonsense.
Anytime I order again.

My experience with this bakery was rather not so good. It started with the fact that the desired date was ignored and there was not even a shipping notification. I paid for 500g of marble cake, but only got 423g (according to the label and weighed myself) - that's fraud. A corresponding (objective) evaluation of the product on the homepage was not published. And of course there was no apology. The baked goods themselves are nothing special, much too sweet for my taste. Especially the Nussecken have disappointed me in this respect particularly, because the manufacturer promises something else here (quote: "...Due to this special feature, the fine pastries do not taste too sweet."). Overall, therefore, a failure.

For many years I buy the excellent products at the Rostock Christmas Market. This year I can not and so I have already ordered for the second time poppy seed striezel for me and my circle of friends, also the great Christmas cookies. The very good tasting Stollen I have of course not forgotten.

Quality has its price and that it is very good quality, you can taste! Keep up the good work.
