A very pleasant buying experience! We became aware of DB Autohaus Maintal via mobile.de. After a short telephone contact, an on-site appointment was fixed. Afterwards, we were able to look around the premises and narrow down the vehicles of interest. We then received the corresponding vehicle keys and were able to look at the vehicles in peace and alone. Quite quickly 2 favorites were identified and with this information we went back to our salesman, Mr. Ebensperger. Here we received a super info to the selected model and its history. We were satisfied with the sale and the trade-in. We found this unobtrusive, yet attentive customer treatment very pleasant. A few days passed between the purchase and the handover, but the vehicle then also had a new general inspection and all relevant defects had been rectified. This great purchase experience, underpinned by the top support from Mr. Ebensperger, moved us on the day of pickup to consider another vehicle. I think that we will close another deal in a few days. Our conclusion: DB Autohaus Maintal is a top address!

This is the second car we have bought from DB Autohaus.
The first we were fully satisfied, that was 5 years ago.
Since then, much has changed, but the advantages have only the car dealership.
1. purchase of vehicles, you are turned away to an outside company that pays very bad price.
2. warranty,,,,Garantie extension not possible.
3. financing ...Yes, we have to ask about 7% ......Damals with Santander Top.
4. small things like floor mats not possible.
5 Car is handed over with 40 KM range.

I do not recommend the dealership.

The seller does not care about anything take the vehicle or not.

Perfect atmosphere and friendly and unobtrusive advice can not hide the fact that it took a month to get the available papers. Paid a month in advance and no reaction, not even a confirmation of receipt. Such a thing is not possible.

I can only recommend the dealership!
The contact with the sales staff, whether by mail or phone, was sensational. Mails were always answered quickly, friendly and courteously. Since I also had contact with two salesmen by proxy, I can really only say that everything was fine. The processes that were sent via mail were explained and discussed in detail on the phone afterwards. Even if it must go, as in my case, times spontaneously fast to get the car, was ensured in the gasamten team that my car goes quickly through the workshop, the service as well as TÜV/HU went very quickly and so everything had worked out smoothly for me. The pictures depicted have corresponded 100 percent to the condition and I was not disappointed. It is perhaps worth mentioning here that I had bought the vehicle from a chain of unfortunate circumstances on my part only on the basis of the pictures.
After my current experience, I would buy a vehicle from DB Autohaus Maintal again at any time.
