Vehicle Renault Megane (BJ.12/2020 15300 km 16740€) pick-up date although agreed 3 weeks in advance not kept, on the day of pick-up still at the reconditioner, vehicle partly still dirty, then after the drive home (180 km) of the pick-up known gross defect occurred (strong oil leakage in the engine compartment/oil pump). According to managing director Mr. Martens and Mr. Kaßecker immediate return not possible but only a repair of the vehicle / repair due to missing parts after 7 days not even started and a completion still uncertain, 10 days no contact from the dealership ... Result: Withdrawal from the purchase contract ONLY possible with lawyer and additional costs. Waited 7 weeks for repayment. To date, no apology or similar from DB Autohaus. Too bad...lots of nice colorful awards and nice displays in the showroom but the reality is unfortunately quite different...
