Vehicle Renault Megane (BJ.12/2020 15300 km 16740€) pick-up date although agreed 3 weeks in advance not kept, on the day of pick-up still at the reconditioner, vehicle partly still dirty, then after the drive home (180 km) of the pick-up known gross defect occurred (strong oil leakage in the engine compartment/oil pump). According to managing director Mr. Martens and Mr. Kaßecker immediate return not possible but only a repair of the vehicle / repair due to missing parts after 7 days not even started and a completion still uncertain, 10 days no contact from the dealership ... Result: Withdrawal from the purchase contract ONLY possible with lawyer and additional costs. Waited 7 weeks for repayment. To date, no apology or similar from DB Autohaus. Too bad...lots of nice colorful awards and nice displays in the showroom but the reality is unfortunately quite different...

The Ford Focus I bought in the spring has already had several defects.
Unfortunately, these were not dealt with as a gesture of goodwill.
For a customer who regularly buys cars from your company, this is unacceptable.
Our experience was very bad ,with very many questions always with excuse "no that was so".
An example at test drive was second floor in trunk and armrest there . At the time of purchase was already gone. Answer "no that was so". Now it turns out the window was broken, or we have discovered during window foiling even with remnants of glass. If you pay so much money then you expect better immediately. Nevertheless, thank you negative experience is also an experience.
We were actually convinced from the first moment of the consultations to buy this car . Super contact person , fast handling of the purchase or sale , simply only " Top " . This is in 32 years our 16th car , but so satisfied in all details we have never been . Great praise to Mr. Hain , a very good contact - and negotiator . Viewing appointment was coordinated with Mr. Zapf for the following day. Four hours before the appointment, this is canceled by the dealership with the reason 24 hours reservation has expired! Why is then a day before a date coordinated together, if you know exactly it is after 24 hours!
We bought a used car and were given excellent advice. Test drive with appointment was no problem. We were very well advised by Mr. Klug.
However, there is no room for negotiation.
After pre-contract something was still found and it was fixed directly by the dealership. The delivery was delayed by this, but everything was in perfect order.
Very large selection of vehicles and all in good condition.

Picked up my car today. Saw that a new tire is on it on the rear axle and thought it was both new, however, I was disappointed. It was only one tire new and the other was old, you could not have both tires new on.
