The very friendly and detailed vehicle handover with Mr. Klug and the uncomplicated return of my old vehicle.

We were assured in writing that the car would be reserved for us for 24 hours, as we had a 4-hour drive, and an appointment was made for a test drive. When we arrived for the test drive, we were told that this was not possible due to gardening work and that we could only look at the car. We were also told that the car had already been sold the evening before, even though it had been reserved for us. Also very embarrassing: the salesperson claimed that the cars we were interested in (estates from 2020 and later) all had no reversing camera or sat nav/car play - yet the pictures on the dealership's website show that all the cars we looked at in advance clearly offered these features. We feel like we've been cheekily taken for a ride and the salesperson doesn't know his job. Maybe they didn't want to sell anything. For us, it was a lost day, a lost vacation day, high fuel costs and also a lot of effort for me as a pregnant woman. Consideration and appreciation look different. We are disgusted by such disgusting behavior.

Despite a bumpy start, Mr. Hain was able to sell us our dream car. Many thanks again!

We had a look at an Astra in Schweinfurt, took a test drive and also picked it up personally, because for 260€ transfer to Maintal in Hessen, we preferred to eat out with our brother and sister-in-law.
(had taken a day off work) We have now been driving our Astra for a week and are satisfied.

The salesman was very good, tried to make a lot possible.

Unfortunately, the price is not negotiable, you have to know that, but then I expect little things as a matter of course, e.g. that there are floor mats in the vehicle. This is actually part of the basic equipment.

The big plus is the quality of the vehicles.

Initially a misunderstanding, but everything has been cleared up.

Service and friendliness

Definitely not recommendable! I bought a car with 27000 km and one week after handing over the car the maintenance light/intervals suddenly lit up, they offered to do it for an additional payment out of my pocket although it was not my fault, absolute cheek! Before the purchase, drum brakes were in a rust-free condition, even on the pictures on ebay classifieds, but after the handover I noticed the rust (were new ones exchanged for old ones on purpose??). No regrets, no good service. Absolute caution is advised here to anyone who wants to buy a car!

Unfortunately, no report was enclosed for the completed work. I can only rely on the advisor that all defects, as far as I can tell, have been rectified. In my case, it would have been particularly interesting, as the warranty ends here. No activities were recorded in the online record, just an update, which in my opinion says nothing.
I would recommend the dealership for buying a car. Unfortunately not for a repair

The offer was extremely satisfactory. However, the advice before, during and after the purchase was inadequate and cannot necessarily be recommended. It is recommended that you either know a lot about cars yourself and/or take someone with you who can assess a used vehicle well. The consultation in advance was carried out between door and door. They just handed you the keys without giving you any further information about the car. During the purchase, only the invoice was issued. Even as an employee of the DB Group, there was hardly any room for negotiation despite the obvious damage/defects on the car - to be fair, the consultant was nevertheless accommodating within the bounds of possibility (not in terms of price). Likewise, all defects were not pointed out (multiple scratches, etc.). These were also not directly visible due to the weather (rain). Subsequent inquiries were hardly answered despite emails, phone calls, etc. Only after the 3rd call was the request (maintenance book digital/analog) answered in a cool and distant manner.
However, the offer was still acceptable and worth the purchase. Without independent research and consultation with private contacts, I would never have made the purchase. The dealership cannot be recommended, but the offers are very strong. On a positive note, the car was ready for collection on time, even though the promised reconditioning was very poor (still extremely dirty in places). When picking up the car, the sales advisor was also very courteous and far more approachable than when we bought the car. The contact was very pleasant and positive, even if little was explained or communicated about the car.
Personally, I also think it's a shame that with a one-way journey of over 300 km, it wasn't even possible to fill the tank half full. To be honest, however, it has to be said that the margin at all car dealerships has become very small.

My wife and I would like to thank Mr. Gössing once again.
Our train was delayed >150min and we only reached the dealership shortly after 19.00h, about 70min after closing time.
Mr. Gössing waited for us and thus made it possible for us to take delivery of our ordered vehicle despite the considerable delay.
