During my session, it was a nice, small group. That gave us a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas with one another. A big advantage, because that often gets overlooked among “like-minded people.”
It was a bit of a shame at first that there was no direct connection to BEM, but that eventually worked itself out. Nevertheless, it was very informative—even without a direct connection to BEM.
I’d recommend setting aside more time for it. We often fell behind schedule, and in the end, a few things were left unfinished—which was a real shame! If more time were allocated here, we could have covered everything. Even though it was very intensive—in terms of information, the break times, and the varied program—an extra hour or two really wouldn’t have been a problem.

I rated the execution as “Good” because, unfortunately, only one camera was working at the Virtual Reality Lounge, which meant that a few colleagues were unable to take full advantage of the experience as intended. Similarly, although it had been arranged, blood pressure was not measured during the blood test. The rest of the offerings were consistently very good.

But that's because I'm currently on a master craftsman training course, where these topics are taught in much greater depth.

The Mental Strong seminar led by Hans Wilkens was of a very high quality. At the beginning, Mr. Wilkens picked everyone up and recorded the goals and wishes of all participants and always kept them in mind during the seminar. Various resilience techniques were offered and the science behind stress and reactions to stress were explained in a comprehensible way. There was also always a valuable exchange with all the other participants.
