I would have liked more reference to the actual topic of "how do I deal with employees". Especially tailored to recognition, conversations, measures and behavior. The training did a good job of showing how you can better recognize your own problems and avoid them. If the focus had been on the topic, some of the slides could certainly have been reduced to the essentials. I thought the final role play of the employee appraisal was good, but the topic was a bit too complex, there were too many pitfalls etc. and so what I could take away from it was very limited. In some of the topics, the reference to "how can we specifically deal with such cases in our company structure and responsibilities" was too unspecific. In general, however, you could tell that the lecturer was highly motivated and tried to convey a lot.
