I was able to experience Heike, in the context of a hypnosis coach training, for 6 days as an exciting, lively, helpful and dedicated lecturer. The seminar exceeded all my expectations. Instead of learning a lot of theories, there was "hypnosis at your fingertips" - lots of practical exercises and "doing it yourself" from day one.
From my point of view, hypnosis is an artistic craft. There is the craft part - techniques and methods that you can learn. Beyond that, there is the artistic aspect - the personal touch, the elegance with which the methods are implemented.
Heike did an excellent job of balancing the two. There was enough instruction to be able to implement the methods as a beginner and at the same time enough freedom to be able to bring in your own touch. So to speak painting by numbers, with free choice of colors.
For this, dear Heike, great respect and many thanks!

Questions were answered sufficiently and adequately, individual topics could be taken up. In case of ambiguity was repeated on request, but also taken into account. Everything was offered on a pleasant and nice framework and usable for all learning types and informatief worked out by the group together and / or supplemented by the course leader. There was no judgment and offered a course in which everyone could open up and develop in their own way. I was able to take away a lot for myself and use it for my future.
