I got to meet Anita during our joint emTrace coaching training. Part of the program is to coach each other. In doing so, you get to know each other better and are in exchange about many things. Anita has the skills to quickly grasp what is at stake and what a coachee needs. Those who like clear conversations and for whom spirituality is an important aspect in thinking and feeling can feel in good hands with Anita. Her coaching is clear, strong and inspiring. The session with Anita was very exciting. I had little to no idea about the approach of emotion coaching and was accordingly curious. Anita was very present and attentive. Actively picked at the right places and in a very fine way did not "let go" until the topic was considered circularly. The session had a long lasting effect and in a very subtle way moved an enormous amount and changed it into the positive. Although the work goes really deep and although really old emotions and issues are worked on with it, it has for me the very pleasant advantage that these issues and origins do not have to be looked at in their entirety and thus one is not retraumatized. Just as much is looked at as is necessary to bring the subject into consciousness, to hold the subject there, to look at it again, and then to let it go. And it is precisely this "letting go" that brings an incredible amount of lightness. It's as if the cell is happy to let go of the emotion and return it to where it actually belongs. Anita is simply an extremely emphatic and empathetic coach. Due to her years of experience and preliminary training, she combines learned knowledge in a completely unconscious way, which today enables her to be a terrific emotion coach and to accompany clients on their paths.

As an "over-headed" person with the urge to want to understand everything, I was surprised how well the deduction about emotions worked for me. With Anita's calm guidance, I was able to emotionally replay a difficult experience from my past, reframe it, and take the horror out of the memory. Anita's matter-of-fact guidance and assistance contributed a great deal to this unagitated resolution process, which was still positively noticeable days later.

Although I thought I was going to talk to Anita about a completely different topic during the coaching, she managed to get me straight to the core of my issue, gently but purposefully.
I always felt safe with Anita on my journey into the past, even when it became very personal & emotional. She was then just there, holding the space & always giving me little nudges in the right direction.
Anita's warm voice & her loving nature made it easy for me to dedicate myself to my issue, to look at it very closely & also to endure & to just let it be.
I felt already after one session with Anita that I could pacify my issue through her help & am very grateful to her for that!

Anita explained everything to me before the coaching in a very understanding way and led me through the coaching very sensitively. I can highly recommend it to everyone, because you are very surprised what you still have inside you.

It was my first coaching experience with Anita and I didn't know what to expect. She was able to deal with my nervousness and was very understanding. I had no problems opening up and revealing more intimate things because of her trusting nature. The coaching felt very professional and you quickly realized that she has a lot of therapeutic experience and a strong gift for sensing things in other people.
She explained some of my behaviors and emotions in an understandable way and told me how to work on/change things. I.e. I understand myself a little better now and that feels good.
