Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team von Weight Doctors Düsseldorf. Ich wurde sehr gut vor Ort beraten. Hr. Dr. Jenner hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Ich habe mich für eine Behandlung entschieden. Mein Eingriffstag verlief sehr entspannt. Das ganze Team ist sehr einfühlsam und für jede noch so kleine Frage wurde sich Zeit genommen. Ich fühle mich sehr gut betreut und freue mich jetzt auf meine neue Zeit.

I found the combination of personal attention and expertise very pleasant. They are also clear in what they can do for you and what your own responsibility is. There were some uncertainties and when I pointed this out it was dealt with carefully and accurately.

Ich kam am Freitag wegen Gallenkoliken in die Notaufnahme des Bürgerspitals Wertheim. Die Aufnahme war super schnell, und Frau Erhard von der Anmeldung hat sofort Verständnis gezeigt und hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. In der Notaufnahme wurde ich von allen sehr gut betreut und anschließend stationär aufgenommen. Am nächsten Tag (Samstag) wurde ich operiert, der Ablauf war reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Die Pflege auf Station 3b war herausragend. Alle waren freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Insgesamt war die Versorgung sehr gut, das Essen hat gepasst. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass das Krankenhaus unter schweren Rahmenbedingungen arbeitet, war das eine beeindruckende Leistung. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeitenden, besonders an das Personal auf Station 3b und an die Anmeldung.

Alstet Klinik Hamburg- einfach akkes top.
Von Anfang bis Ende (Brustvergrößerung mit Implantaten) war alles in professionellen Händen und in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Dr. Klarner ist einfach ein großartiger, talentierter und sehr netter und sympathischer Chirurg. Meine Brüste sehen genau so aus, wie ich es mir vorgestellt und mit dem Arzt abgesprochen hatte. Ausgezeichnete Arbeit, vielen Dank 🙂
Die Betreuung nach der Operation während der ganzen Nacht in der Klinik war kompetent, professionell und sehr sympathisch.
Ich danke dem gesamten Team, allen Mitarbeitern der Alster Klinik, denen ich begegnet bin und die mir geholfen haben, Dr. Klarner, dem Anästhesisten, allen Krankenschwestern, die während der Operation anwesend waren, und den Krankenschwestern, die in der Nacht Wache gehalten haben 🙂

The initial contact via telephone consultation with Birgit was extremely positive. The conversation was very informative, all questions were discussed and answered, and I also received a lot of additional information and explanations.
The entire atmosphere of the conversation was incredibly friendly, and at no point did I feel that there was any time pressure or that I was being "persuaded" to do anything. My conclusion is that, after the conversation, I feel better advised than I had expected beforehand. Thank you very much for that.

Jeder wird freundlich empfangen und behandelt, egal aus welcher Arbeitsschicht. Dr Reifenrath sowie alle Angestellten arbeiten professionell und Patientenorientiert. Stationär wie am Empfang, kümmert man sich sehr höflich und liebevoll um den Patienten. Der Anästhesist, seine Helferinnen und OP Schwestern waren ebenso freundlich und haben versucht mir die Nervosität zu nehmen. Alles in allem bin ich mit meiner Wahl der Klinik sehr glücklich.
