Pleasant, honest and totally friendly advice. Very committed and quick to compare offers.
Available at any time by e-mail, even at weekends. Also easy to reach by phone for important questions. Thanks to the cooperation with the estate agent, everything went faster than expected. I would recommend them at any time! It is very clear how much fun and joy Ms. Lauchstädt has in her work and that she feels the need to advise people individually when buying or building a house and to accompany them to their goal. Even after the notary appointment, she was still available to us with lots of advice :)

Mr. Schweiker takes his time and competently and patiently explains the many contract formulations that are often not immediately understandable. He can be reached quickly and leans into his work when time is of the essence.

We got to know Ms. Lauchstädt as a very friendly and competent consultant and felt comfortable and in good hands with her at all times. During the consultation, she presented us with several options and pointed out the pros and cons.

She delivers what she promises or offers, even if that means foregoing commission.

To make our financing wish possible, she pulled out all the stops and, for example, recalculated the living space. Surely not everyone would have done that. Ms. Lauchstädt is always available or calls back immediately when she can and is always there with advice and support.

If you want advice at eye level, Ms. Lauchstädt is the right person for you.
We can only recommend her.

The comprehensive and competent advice provided by Mr. Struß exceeded all my expectations. Sufficient time was taken to find suitable financing and to clarify all questions conclusively. The customer service is excellent - I received a response to e-mails and phone calls at short notice. I was also thrilled that the financial advisor himself got in touch with the broker when there were difficulties in obtaining documentation.
I will definitely recommend HFS-Finanzservice GmbH to others and am very grateful for the great support!
