In a world full of coaching gurus, where empty promises are the order of the day, Benjamin is a refreshing exception. Unfortunately, I have fallen for some of these so-called gurus in the past, who only ended up creating more confusion.

Benjamin is a perfect mentor for anyone who wants to take their business to the next level. I had Benjamin on my radar for a good 1.5 years before I finally booked him for an entrepreneur coaching. Since I already had some promises of salvation behind me, I hesitated for a long time. Whether it's employees, processes, customers or sales. And the best part? Everything is interwoven in a meaningful way! It quickly becomes clear to you why an employee is exactly the right person or why he or she is dragging down the energy level. You realize how important this is for your own mood and what impact this has on the rest of the team, its customers open and unaddressed job sites and even your own relationship. Fortunately, sales and existing processes are not simply thrown overboard, but adapted to you and what actually makes sense. At a speed that suits you!

Benjamin works through many things with you in his coaching sessions, bringing long-buried visions, wishes and dreams back to the surface and letting them become reality bit by bit. However, he would now say, "I managed that all by myself - he would have merely provided impetus."
If you choose to coach with him, you will hear the phrase from time to time: "That it's the little things that need to be changed" to achieve success. You think you understand this, and yet you don't understand it fully until you're a little more advanced in the coaching process.
