Nick is the most kind and patient coach I've met! I've had other career coaches who mainly wanted to sell their products and analysis packages to me, without really listening to my personal needs and strengths, trying to fit me into their framework. Nick reviewed my experiences, strength of being an international in Germany, helped me reshape my job search strategy and interview techniques. I landed on interviews in two weeks!
