Customer service is very friendly. Nothing to complain about.
1 Technician is super competent namely Mr. Fakir who always gets the most difficult problems solved. This man also takes his time to bring the repair to a good end. Worth a compliment !!!
Concerning the other technicians, we are neutral.
There have been some problems with the printers in the past.
In some cases we also had to wait a long time for a technician to come by.
