I booked the coaching and collaboration with Gleb because I was looking for a clear solution in marketing and sales.
The main focus was to master new customer acquisition with his support for my service, both online and offline, and thus permanently develop a stable acquisition channel, because I was previously heavily dependent on a handful of existing customers.
We then developed a clear acquisition strategy together in several coaching sessions on how to achieve this and then implemented it consistently together. To this end, Gleb contributed extensive suggestions for optimizing our website and our LinkedIn profile according to sales psychology principles.
In addition, he individually wrote several templates for customer cover letters, acquisition emails, a chat script and several content pieces for LinkedIn suitable for our target group in order to quickly and reliably build even more trust for us as a service provider here (and the content was very well received!).
In addition, in the joint calls (and on his training platform), we also worked intensively on optimizing our sales conversations and the right approach to sales.
The result: After only 2 weeks (!) of working with Gleb, I was already able to close the first customer with a sales volume of about 20,000 € in one fell swoop - and that with an investment for me in the 4-digit range!
Goal achieved - and my view on marketing, sales and the psychology behind it has reached a whole new level.
